With 84% of Irish people believing there is now a growing awareness of the effects of excessive drinking and how it affects others, and 76% of drinkers saying they have become more aware of the benefits of pacing their drinking, the alcohol social responsibility organisation drinkaware.ie says there are significant improvements in people’s attitudes to drinking in Ireland.
