Ideal for those with a grá for the grape, anyone with an interest and passion for the world of wine and fine spirits and those in the hospitality industry, O'Donovan's Off Licence is holding two innovative wine courses this month. The WSET Level 1: Foundation Wine Course (one day) takes place on Saturday, February 25th 2012, 9am – 5pm (€195), while the WSET Level 2: Intermediate Certificate in Wines & Spirits (duration: nine weeks) begins on Thursday, March 8th, 7pm-9pm (€395).
