Simple yoghurt dressings are a delicious way to spice up a soup, salad or a plate of crudité using fresh flavours, without adding unnecessary calories. Choose a fat-free yoghurt and try the following options, doubling the recipe for two servings;

Gorgeous garlic
Mix 100ml low fat yoghurt with one teaspoon of lemon juice, one clove of garlic (minced) and salt and pepper to taste.

Creamy coriander
Mix 100ml low fat yoghurt with one teaspoon of lemon juice, one tablespoon of fresh coriander (finely chopped), half a teaspoon of ground cumin, one teaspoon of sweet chilli sauce and salt and pepper to taste.

Marvellous mint
Mix 100ml low fat yoghurt with one tablespoon of fresh mint (finely chopped), one teaspoon of lemon juice, one clove of garlic (minced) and salt and pepper to taste.

Pink lady
Mix 100ml low fat yoghurt with one teaspoon of lemon juice, one clove of garlic (minced), one tablespoon of roasted beetroot (mashed) and salt and pepper to taste.
