Breakfast briefing with Port chief

Port of Cork chief executive and former assistant city manager Brendan Keating is the guest speaker at the monthly Cork Chamber business breakfast in the Clarion Hotel, Lapps Quay, next Thursday, March 22nd from 7.30am.

The event will be of interest chiefly to those in or supporting the transport, trade or export industries, but the general public will also have an opportunity to hear Mr Keating outline the Port’s plans and the role it plays in Cork’s infrastructure.

Prior to his appointment at the Port in 2002, Mr Keating was assistant Cork City Manager, and held the position of Limerick City Manager for four years.

Places are limited, so book early to avoid disappointment. Admission costs €20 for Chamber members, and €35 for non-members. Call 021-4530133, or send an e-mail to leigh@corkchamber.ie.
